The suction cup had glue on the back, yet it couldn't hold, and it even caused my shower head to break, so now I have to buy a new one. It's also hard to open because it's very stiff.

After getting it, I found out it says to stick it on and wait 24 hours before using. That's not so convenient, but I didn't wait 24 hours and used it right away. It didn't fall off, which is great! The shower head can be adjusted up and down by several degrees, but not 360 degrees. Once you use it, it's definitely handy and easy to operate.
