The issues are: 1. The sound is low, even at maximum volume, it's hard to hear clearly. 2. Poor call quality, people often can't hear me during calls, and wind noise makes it worse. 3. The connection experience is bad, it disconnects randomly and requires manual reconnection, then drops again shortly after. These are the strangest headphones I've seen, no doubt!
