I purchased over 20 items for around 2000 bucks from this store and wanted to share my thoughts. There were some hiccups, but I appreciate their efforts in trying to resolve issues. I did notice that the products varied in quality. The three-piece set for the bathroom that was promoted as the flagship model arrived with just two items, which was a little confusing, but I reached out and got clarity on the situation eventually. Some items came in a big package, and although there was a mix-up with a few returns, I appreciated that they responded when I inquired about it. One of the trash can lids arrived damaged, and when I contacted customer service, they asked for a video which I provided. They then sent a replacement for the lid, and I was informed about the delay. Overall, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag, but I'm hoping for better results next time. I just wanted to give an honest account so others know what to expect!

It's really sticky and holds a lot of stuff behind the door; small items have a big use.

This mop rack is really beautiful and super easy to install. I'm really happy with this purchase!

This is my first mop holder, and it's the right size and seems well-made. I hope it holds up well!

The product didn't stick at all, and even after the seller sent a replacement, it still didn't stay put. When I requested a refund, they asked me to return it, and I had to cover the return shipping myself. I wouldn't recommend buying this.

No drilling is super convenient, and it doesn't need glue. It can hold a mop and hang a cloth, really useful and high quality!

Really nice! I wanted to buy it before but it was out of stock, so I ended up getting something else that didn't last long.

I received the product and started using it right away. So far, it's working really well—it's holding tight, it's air-efficient, and it sticks to the wall nicely. I'm really happy with it!
