Sitting pad good to have beads underneath prevent slipping from chair. All is good. Foam quality in my opinion still too soft for my weight of 121 kg. \n\nThis is NOT memory foam. What is memory foam?\nMemory foam is when you sit on it 1st few times, the foam will take outline your butt, and this position will remain permanently.\n\nThis foam is when sat on it compressed upon lifting up the foam returms to normal shape.
