Beside than fast shipping, the product quality is not met the price sold. Packaging is very poor, no any extra packaging to secure the box. Only popmart box with a parcel box. Not even a layer of paper to secure box shape. Poor handling attitude.

Order placed on 13th Dec, only received today. I was so happy it was packed in the courier plastic bag. But when I opened the courier bag, the wrapping box was wet! No wonder Lex used another courier bag to cover the wet box. Luckily the labubu box is not wet, so disappointed
