I fell in love at first sight with this 22cm pink gradient cast iron pot. I already have a yellow 24cm, a tall red 18cm for rice, a green gradient 24cm, and a white 20cm, and I just needed a 22cm one. I also got a wooden spatula, and cooking stews with this will definitely make the kitchen smell amazing. Oh, after using it, wait for it to cool down before washing, and make sure to dry it after washing; otherwise, the rim of the lid might rust.

I followed the instructions to season it and used it right away to cook Sichuan hot pot on an electric ceramic stove. It conducts heat very well, and it can be used on the stove, but the lid gets really hot, so you have to be careful when handling it. After washing, there were some white spots on the bottom that wouldn't come off, but when I boiled water, there was no smell or discoloration. Overall, I'm satisfied and give it a thumbs up.
