Some better ones have added 'warm fibers', but I really miss cotton. Unfortunately, it seems like you can't find sleeping bags with pure cotton filling anymore, not even those with 50% cotton.

The pants legs are a bit short, but I can roll them up a little when I wear socks to sleep, and when I lay down, I can tuck my feet in perfectly without worrying about them riding up. The sleeves are a bit long, but I replaced the short sleeves with some from last year's smaller shirt, and they matched perfectly. If you want a larger size, you can easily attach sleeves from smaller shirts to fix the sleeve length issue.
