This little cast iron pan from Carote is super handy; it’s just right for single servings, heats up quickly, and makes cooking so easy.

I used the small pot according to the instructions for cleaning it first. After washing and drying, I coated it with oil. A couple of days later, I tried making fried rice, and there was a bit of sticking, so I cleaned it and oiled it again. A few days after that, I made scrambled eggs and noticed some sticking again. Just a heads up, even though the product is called a \\\"non-stick pan,\\\" it’s noted in the fine print that it doesn’t have true non-stick properties. I used a metal spatula both times, and after cleaning, I let the leftover food soften in water for a while, without scrubbing with anything hard, but there are still some scratches as shown in the picture.

I bought this pot for a colleague, and I highly recommend it! It's the best value for money I've ever encountered.

Don't buy this product! My first use was a disaster, just like the picture shows. I couldn't get it off! When I contacted customer service, they suggested it was my fault, saying I used it improperly. They mentioned things like cooking at too high a temperature or not being able to cook acidic or alkaline foods. I mean, what am I supposed to cook with it? After discussing with customer service without resolution, they offered a replacement. But seriously, who wants to use this cookware again? Just a heads up for everyone!
