Being really upset, I contacted customer service with pictures. They said to return it offline myself and inform them of the tracking number, also suggesting I pay for shipping. When I mentioned complaining and giving feedback, they said I couldn't and kept promising to remind the warehouse... 4. Since I loved the shoes at first sight, I returned them again for an exchange. Is it unreasonable to ask for a new pair after paying for shoes? 5. So, buying shoes from Belle means you probably don't have the right to give feedback.
