The brush doesn't clean off easily after use and needs gloves to clean it. It did rust after a couple of uses, and when I asked customer service, they mentioned it's normal for it to rust. I find this brush not as effective as my previous one that cost less.

I got this to take care of the tile grout in my old house since I was worried about water seeping in. I didn’t check if the brand was legit, but one of the brush heads is authentic, while the handle is not from the original manufacturer, though it feels decent. The long handle version might not be designed by the original brand; using it to clean the floor is pretty challenging. The soft bristles don’t have much strength, so I have to apply a lot of pressure, which can be tough on my back. If I brush lightly, it only gets rid of minor water stains with limited cleaning power. The round head has a half-circle that hardly gets used, and the outer bristles tangle up quickly and need extra cleaning. Using the hand-held brush head on the ceramic sink works well; it leaves it smooth with just one stroke, something the hard-bristle brush can’t match. I had bought a similar soft-bristle toilet brush before that was easy to use because of the hand-held design. In conclusion, it's good for cleaning sinks and bathtubs, but I wouldn't recommend it for floors or the long version, as it doesn’t offer great value for money.
