I bought two of these, and one had already been opened. The first picture shows how it looked when received, with the plastic seal already torn. Normally, if it were unopened, there would be space between the cream and the seal as shown in the second picture. However, the actual state was like in the third picture, where some had already come out. After reaching out, I was able to get a full refund link, and there was some miscommunication about returning just one. Once I returned it, I was asked to cancel the refund and confirm receipt instead. I later heard about a potential refund for the difference, but it's still being handled since November 13. Just a bit of back and forth.

Since a single bottle usually lasts several months, the second one was already nearing its expiration before I even opened it. It feels like the brand is pushing near-expiration items as if they were fresh stock. I wish they’d be upfront about batch dates instead of relying on customers not checking. If you're considering this product, ask directly about the production batch first—otherwise, it might not be the right fit for you. Overall, I appreciate the formula, but transparency would make all the difference.
