This is my third time buying a Wangyuanji iron pan; I've been using their wok since 2019 and it has been great. I seasoned this new deep skillet myself after it arrived. Today, I made radish cakes using the hot pan with cold oil method, and it was non-stick with very even heat distribution. The handle has good heat insulation too. Since it's a deep skillet, it works best with a smaller spatula to help flip things easily.

I'm really happy with the shape of this frying pan! I specifically chose a deeper bottom, which makes it great for stir-frying, frying, or boiling. As long as you take care of it, it's super easy to use and very smooth!

After washing it right away, I gave the pot a try. It's really heavy, and it looks like it's made with great quality. I'm super satisfied and will come back to update after using it more once it's fully seasoned.
