Very slow delivery as I order on National Day, when I order it mentioned to deliver within 3-5 working days but end up I only received the goods on 25 Aug 2021. Very slow response from owner when we checking on the delivery, when they deliver to us never inform and just leave the beers outside my door w/o informed us. Lucky my neighbour called me then I know.

ordered on 10 Aug. After a very long wait finally received itoday 26th Aug. seller to inform buyer instead of us keep sending messages for reason of delay.

Pricing of beer is reasonable but the delivery service is disappointing to the max. No call as per my request, no ringing of door bell & no text. Item was left outside my house in plain sight for everyone to see not once but twice like as though it was garbage. Found the item only when once I got home after running my errands & second time was when I was leaving to dispose of my garbage. Am so glad that I have good neighbours. Never had issues like these with other supplies.

I have purchased from this Seller on several occasions and most of the time, the delivery personnel are friendly. However for this latest delivery, the guy was grumpy and voiced out that it's difficult to unload the goods at my area because he couldn't find a path to push the trolley. Seller, please advise your staff to do his homework and find the correct location before opening his mouth.

Order came about 4 days later. Price was good with discount. The only bad thing is expiry date is in 1 month time.

Ordered on 8 Dec, delivered on 15. initially got a non committal answer from Seller when I checked with them on delivery after a few days of ordering. Then message from Lazada that they will auto cancel if undelivered by 18 Dec without any reason given.

The order qas made during the 8/8 revent week. it took longer than expected. The Seller was silent for a while before updating the delivery schedule . The delivery was eventually made. They are legit but buyer has to be patient.

The delivery was done earlier to the expected day without notification and left at my door step, no email, no notification in apps, and status is also in wrong on apps., it shows undelivered but the beer was already on my doorstep... other than that, everything is ok
