Exactly as described! Inner fleece is soft and comfortable, outer shell is waterproof and windproof. Tested the waterproofing and it works very well. Able to layer the outer shell on my own down jacket and am going to sub zero country it will work well.

the outer jacket looks great where the inner down jacket a bit thin, perhaps only suitable for weather above zero degree. have yet to try but the material looks great and feel comfortable.
