Product quality: I wore it for almost three days and felt something was wrong with my ear. When I took it off, the steel ball was cracked. I contacted customer service, and they initially said they'd send a replacement. But then they claimed the issue wasn't with their product. The later service was also quite unreasonable (I took a photo of the damage and threw it away; I had already told customer service). They asked me to send the broken earring back. I was really at a loss.
