I bought 30 recessed lights from them 20 years ago, in the color order of yellow, white, and warm white. One of them is broken now, and I wanted to get a replacement with the same color sequence. The current lights come in the order of white, yellow, and warm white. When I asked customer service if I could adjust the order, they said yes, so I placed the order. But after installation, I found that the order couldn't be adjusted to match the original three lights. I inquired with customer service again, and it took a while for them to understand my question. Overall, I think they could improve their service. I'm just looking for clarity on the product!

This one is for PC, and compared to aluminum, the aluminum looks more appealing. After all, you get what you pay for, and these six 4W bulbs are bright enough. I hope they last long.

I've always thought the quality of Op lamps was great. I used them when I renovated in 2019, and I got them from the official flagship store. Out of 10 downlights, only 2 have had issues, and out of 2 spotlights, just 1 has had a problem. I also bought another brand, and that one's been fine. Just sharing my experience!

The hole spacing is 5.5 cm, which feels a bit smaller than what's marked on the product, just barely covered it. Also, the wire was really short, making it challenging to connect. I used scissors and pliers to extend the wire a bit, which was tricky, but in the end, I installed it successfully, and it's very bright.

I wouldn't recommend this product as I've seen lots of feedback about quality issues. It's quite hot when first used, and some lights didn’t work at all. I've also heard bad things about the shower heater, with reports of new units arriving defective. It seems like there are serious quality concerns and not much support for those problems.
