I can understand some minor color differences, but this is more than that. The image shows a khaki color, while the actual product is coffee brown. The customer service even claimed that this coffee color is khaki. I have another khaki pillowcase from a different brand, and it's easy to tell the difference. If you can't distinguish between khaki and coffee, maybe a vision check is in order.
