When I eagerly opened the package, I was shocked to find that this was not a new product, but a blatantly repackaged second-hand item! The amount of product in the container was clearly insufficient, appearing to be only about half of the normal capacity. To make matters worse, the surface of the cream had a few hairs that clearly didn't belong to me embedded in it, seemingly mocking my trust in this brand. Consumers deserve to receive \\\"new\\\" products, not leftover items from others. This repackaging of used products goes beyond quality issues and directly violates consumer rights. When I contacted customer service about the problem, I expected a solution, but instead, I received a standard response indicating it was outside their work hours, with the suggestion to reach out again later. It felt like they were accustomed to dealing with such complaints.
