Initially, I asked about the warranty period, and they mentioned that the \\\"downlight spotlight\\\" purchased after October 1, 2021, has a 5-year warranty. When I brought up that two downlights I bought in 2022 had issues during the warranty period, they informed me that the warranty was only 3 years. Despite their initial claim of a 5-year warranty and the box stating the same, they wouldn’t acknowledge it. I requested a reasonable explanation, but they just reiterated the 3-year warranty without elaborating. I did capture screenshots of our conversation, but it can only show limited images. It’s not really about the few dollars involved; it’s about the inconsistency in their warranty claim. I was just looking for clarity, but their responses felt rather dismissive.
