I bought two orders of 4 bags, 8kg each, of fish-flavored cat food. The first order was fine, and all three of my cats ate it, whether with freeze-dried food or plain. However, I recently opened the 4 bags, 8kg each, of fish-flavored cat food, which came with lots of freebies, and my three cats absolutely refuse to eat it, even with freeze-dried food. Today, I gave them a trial pack from April that I had bought before, and they ate it dry. I smelled it and it had a really nice aroma, but when I smelled the regular bags, there was no scent at all. My three cats have been eating Xianlang for two years; they ate poultry-chicken flavor for a year, then switched to fish flavor. I also gave them the 5-month trial pack and they still wouldn't eat it. Now there are three unopened regular bags left in the box, and one opened bag is just sitting in a large steel barrel, gathering dust. If the brand lowers the quality of the regular product just to give out lots of freebies, it's really not worth it and they'll lose customers quickly. Cats have very sensitive noses, they can tell the difference between good and bad instantly.
