Chair is fully assembled and bubble wrapped when delivered. Comfortable chair with good lumbar support. However, still figuring out how to adjust the back. Delivery service engaged by seller is thoughtful to call to check availability before delivering the chair over.

fast delivery, well packed & protected, arrived assembled, works exactly as described, chair can rotate 360, can also adjust seat height/depth; padded armrest up/down/forward/backward/rotate inward/outward; headrest height; backrest swivel backward/forward/locked. Seller is responsive and they call in advance before delivery. Right arm rest a bit dented but they will replace it. Overall good experience . \n\nUpdate after sitting the whole morning, I feel the headrest is too tall for my short body so my neck is not resting instead add more stress to my neck \n\nIt is a beautiful chair but my short body cannot enjoy the benefits - have asked seller if I can return but no reply… still waiting \n

Ordered during 10.10 sale and received 8 days later. Love the colour and quality. Bought this as a cheaper dupe to the overpriced ergotune chair. Very comfortable, airy and adjustable. The mesh material is cooling. Chair comes with 5 years warranty which is great and the lumbar support is just nice. Helps a lot with my posture especially during work from home. Chair arrived fully assembled and fully bubble wrapped. There’s a small dirt stain but can be easily cleaned. Love this highly recommend

Receive well. There’s some issue with the height adjustment but I texted the seller and the seller came over next day to fix it. Good service. The chair is comfortable and price reasonable. Delivery took 3 weeks wait.

The chair is not bad. However, have not sat the whole day so can’t comment on that. The lower back support is lower, will be good if is adjustable. I think I brought the wrong model 😝 Bought on 5may, delivery 14may. Delivery person called 20mins before coming, fortunately I was at home. Good thing is the chair came fixed. In between asked seller the delivery schedule but they were unsure. Upon receiving item, when texted seller how to use the chair, they were nice to explain.

Delivery is fast. Place order on sat and receive on Mon. The chair is well wrapped with bubble wrap for protection. Test this chair for couple of days and find it comfortable. It can adjust on head, arm rest and lumbar support. Delivery guy will call before coming over which I think service is good.

Ordered on 11.11 and received the chair on 21.11. The seller called a day before and was given a time slot of 10am - 5pm. The chair came fully assembled, bubble wrapped to prevent scratches. However, the wheels were abit dirty upon receipt, the delivery probably pushed the chair up to my unit. Can't help it as the chair is quite heavy.\n\nThe chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Very nice grey. Overall a good buy.

Ordered on 10/10. Received on 20/10. A tad long due to stocking issue. Chair came nicely wrapped. No damage. Everything works well. Comfortable to sit. Model may not suit short person estimate<155cm cos head rest cannot adjust lower than top of chair

Delivery came about 2 weeks later? Delivery service SMS-ed 1 day before saying that it can be delivered the next day. \n\nProduct is heavy and sturdy. It came assembled and well wrapped in bubble wrap, although some of the bubble wrap got stuck at the wheels that made it difficult to remove. \n\nThe chair is great - the only thing is its maximum height is considered quite low, and I still to this day am unable to move the seat forwards and backwards, only up/downwards. The neck rest is also slightly too high for me (153cm), other than that it's really comfortable.

received the product well wrapped within 2 weeks of ordering. despite being informed that its out of stock and may arrive in Jul. Got a few small torn edges on the head rest. overall mesh is soft and comfy, but it does not allow wind to pass through. \nLumbar and headrest is non adjustable, but all good enough for me. \nVery silent wheels.

Chair is very big and comfy. Finally, a chair that can fit my big butt. The height isn't adjustible so you have to be careful when purchasing. Lucky, the height is just nice for me. Back rest is so nice to rest on at any angle due to the support of the lower back rest. Entire chair is wire mesh to allow cooling for long sitting hours. Great for non-AC room. Only downside is that the headrest is too high and because I bun up my hair, it's also very uncomfortable to rest on. 4/5 for comfort.

I instructed them to ensure the wheels are not rolled but the request was ignored. I am impaired physically and was hoping the delivery person can help bring the chair in but he pressed the bell, walked away swiftly and left the chair outside. Wheels were problematic initially and headrest finishing has sharp threads. However, seller made a video call with me to teach me on the locking mechanism which I appreciate the personal touch. The chair is good if u can overlook the delivery quality.

Thanks to the delivery guy who carried up the chair to 6th floor as lift out of order. the chair is also as per specs. The wheels are surprisingly quiet.

Ordered on 12.12, arrived exactly 7 days later. Delivery man will send an SMS to confirm delivery one day before and a call before delivery is made. \nFantastic chair as i’m able to adjust the declining and the seat depth of the chair. Was initially unsure of how to adjust the 3 functions - height, decline and the seat depth. and sell offered to video call to show me. Very friendly guy. Also, as someone who perspire a lot on my hamstring, the mesh is cooling. Thumbs up! Will recommend to others.

got it during 11.11 and received it on 27.11... overall very satisfied with the chair as its comfortable and has good neck and lumbar support... however i did find that the handle for the tiling mechanism slightly difficult to maneuver... recommended!

Very fast delivery within 2 days! Good quality, well made and sturdy. I like the mesh material which is very cooling and comfortable to sit on. The back tilt is good but wish that it can go lower, however it may not be steady then. Worth the price and highly recommend this item.

Received my both chairs after a week plus.Chairs are of good quality. Have been using them for a week already.\n\nMinus 2 stars, as the seller should review their 3rd party logistics provider. Rec sms on delivery the day before and I have applied leave the next day, so that I could received the order at hm. In the end, the service provider did not come and wasted my whole day. Sms them and they told me cannot deliver. They shld at least drop me an sms??!

Chair is super comfortable and smooth to roll around. I tot the seat will be mesh instead of cushion then I realized I made the wrong order. But overall, I’m happy with the product as it came with five years warranty.

Somebody called a day before to arrange for delivery. \n\nChair came fully assembled and works as described. Quiet also. Ordered the wrong chair tho.. this is just the basic function - reclining and height adjustment. Should have gotten the one with more functions. \n\nWill order again! Thanks seller. \n\n

Love the chair a lot. Very comfy. The head rest at the lowest is not very comfy for me cos my body is a bit short. So I took it out and velcro it (see picture) and it’s at a comfortable position. Best buy from 11.11 so far
