Reviews Lee | High Capacity Side-Opening Expandable Suitcase 28inch – Real User Experiences

This suitcase is amazing! It's sturdy and durable, the wheels are super smooth and quiet, and it's so easy to push and pull. The design of the combination lock is really thoughtful too. I have to give a shoutout to customer service reps Xiaohan and Xiaoshuai, who were super quick to respond and patiently answered my questions about size and maintenance. Their service attitude is top-notch! I've already recommended it to my friends!

I bought the brand brown, and the color combination is pretty unique. What really caught my attention is that the inside of the bag has a lot of compartments, making it super convenient to organize different items separately. No more tossing everything together and having to dig around to find what I need!

Delivery time was long maybe due to holiday season. \nStylish purple color.\n ⚖️Weight:is lighter than my luggage\n 🛠️Durability:need to be tested when travel\n 📏Size:width is wider and longer in length which make it rectangular.\n 🎨Design:nice pastel colour and the wheel look robust.

The quality is pretty good, and there's a hook on the suitcase which wasn't mentioned by the official site, but it's really useful for traveling.

I've had a trusty cabin suitcase made of space aluminum for 7 years, and it's been amazing. When I get tired, I can just sit on it and slide around. It's super durable and doesn't get dirty easily. This time I got this Lee suitcase, and I'm really drawn to its design. The creamy purple color is adorable, and it's a 20-inch size. It's thicker than my old one and even has an expandable feature in the middle. The pictures show I haven't even opened it up fully yet, but it seems like it can hold a lot more. Plus, it can support up to 150 pounds, which is impressive! Shoutout to the customer service team, especially Huahuan, Xiaohan, and Lulu, who were super helpful and patiently answered all my questions, making me really excited to buy it. I'm loving my new purchase!

Super pretty, bigger than I imagined, and it even came with a suitcase sticker, hahaha! The customer service from Xiao Han and Lulu was great!

I was so surprised when I got the suitcase, I absolutely love it! The quality is great, and it has plenty of space for clothes, even holds a face wash. I just bought a zip-up suitcase from this store and it works great. This time, my family needed a suitcase that could hold a lot, so I got this one. It definitely fits more than others of the same size, and it's easy to expand. Plus, the wheels are really quiet and it even has brakes, which is awesome. I'm really happy with it!

Great quality and affordable, worth having. I usually give good reviews. Personal opinion for reference only.

The suitcase looks great, got the 24-inch one, and the lining has the brand's logo. It's a lot bigger compared to my 20-inch at home, perfect for 7-10 day trips. Totally worth buying.

I compared a few options and ended up keeping this one. It feels spacious, and it even came with some extras. Really happy with my choice!

The suitcase is quite lightweight, the wheels are smooth, the color is nice, and it comes with a warranty. It's good.

Style design: The design is really fresh and looks super practical. Material quality: The fabric feels solid, not like those flimsy suitcases. Size: Perfect for short trips of 3-5 days. Also great for kids going to school. Quality and craftsmanship: The suitcase is finely made, with details even better than expected. The wheels glide smoothly and come with a wheel lock and spring shock absorption. The only minor point is that the rain cover on the outside could be better. Still, I would definitely recommend it!

This bag is super stylish and holds a lot! The quiet wheels make it easy to take anywhere without any fuss, and it features a double-layer anti-explosion zipper! It also has a TAS international customs lock and a compartment for a laptop. It’s deep enough to fit a big water jug! The five wheels at the bottom are really sturdy, smooth, and silent. Perfect for college or high school students!

This large suitcase is such a pleasant surprise! The color is a stunning Klein blue, and it looks even better in person than in the pictures! The space design is really smart, with clear sections, and it easily fits everything I need for a week away. The wheels glide smoothly and quietly, making it easy to push around, and the handle is sturdy. Overall, the quality is fantastic and it's a great value. I definitely recommend it to anyone in need!

The suitcase has a spacious interior and is odor-free, so I feel comfortable using it. Today was the first time I used it, and the wheels are smooth, quiet, and have shock-absorbing springs. It also came with a dust cover.

Great for the kids, really good, and looks classy. Customer service representative Crystal was very nice.

The texture is nice, it has a decent amount of space, and it had a bit of a smell that I aired out on the balcony for a couple of days. I haven't used it yet, but I hope it's durable.

Anna helped me out, and Huan Huan's after-sale support was really great! The trolley is flexible, looks good, and glides smoothly when moving and turning. There's no weird smell when I opened it, just a light rose scent. Plus, it came with a small bag and a protective cover!
