A little story: when I first got the pot lid, I thought I had a screw issue because I installed it incorrectly. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly arranged to send a new set. Later, I managed to fix the original screws, and when I told customer service I didn’t need the replacement, they said to keep it as a spare! I'm really happy with this shopping experience, so I wanted to give the seller some praise. I’ve attached photos of the lid and the unboxed handle set as proof.

Great review!!!! Just a heads up, since the handle is metal, you might want to use a towel when opening the lid! It can get a bit warm, but not enough to burn your hand!!!
