I returned the items as the seller requested and have since received my refund successfully. Now, the seller contacted me saying there was an issue with the items I sent back, which left me confused. I usually don't leave negative reviews, and initially, their customer service was quite good. So, I'm sharing this to remind others to record unboxing videos when purchasing from this shop to keep proof if there are any inconsistencies with the items.

The cat mat has such a nice grid color scheme! 😍😍 It's super convenient since it's foldable and has three layers. Both sides are usable; one side is cool for summer naps, so my little cat doesn't feel hot. 🙂 The other side is soft and keeps it warm during spring, autumn, and winter, making it perfect all year round! My kitten loves it and sleeps on it every day!
