Tried with 1 packet for my 8.5kg washing machine. Water not so dirty during soak. But left some residue after that. Have to wipe n rinse it clean. Now slightly cleaner than before.

Tried few times to clear those grimes and dirt from my whirlpool front washer and visibly saw lumps of dirt coming out from the water. Yet the prpblem still unresolved. I believe is the washer issue. I mever have such issue with my old washer.

Well received within 5 days. Had to manually pour in hot water but could only use my hand to estimate whether it is warm enough. \n\nSoaked for 1.5hrs then run normal cycle, tub smelled nice but do not see any dirty residue. Washer is at least 7 years old, never been cleaned before and no softener used. No idea if used correctly or my washer really not that dirty 😅

First time trying this brand. Hope item work as it claims. Seller responsive in query as the pack is in Korean abd have requested english instruction on usage. Item is rather pricy hope product is as effective. Seller responed on expiry date say 3 years from Aug 2019. Date found on the box not sure if is manufactured date.\n\nDelivery is done by Ninja van. which there is message informing the status of delivery.
