This is the worst pan I've ever bought. After one use, it turned yellow and the bottom got dirty. No matter what I do, I can't get rid of this black stuff, and it's concerning since it could mix with food. I'm pretty sure the material isn't good; even a magnet sticks to it, despite claims of being 304. So, I'd recommend being careful when buying.
