So delicious this rice is. Love the texture. It is not flat, but has a bite. Possible to mix in normal white rice to cook together too. Cook as normal Brown rice.

The rice that I receive was not fully vacuumed. Not sure whether it will affect the quality of the rice.

Consume brown rice because it is healthy & has low GI. Too bad this brand brown rice cannot be used to mke germinated rice as it is soggy after 12 hours.
