ok, good for baking. This is inexpensive supermarket honey so clearly is not going to taste as good as more expensive, smaller-batch options. However it tastes fine and the squeeze package is very convenient to use so it's great for baking, beverages, etc. I always have this and a more expensive option in my cupboard.
