Received updates from packing to on the way delivering, also was notified via message 15mins before arrival. Frozen and chilled products were taken out from a cooler bag covered within a box at delivery. All products received in good condition and thanks for having the idea to collect boxes back for recycling.

Garlic came in 1 plastic bag with Orange juice, cucumber and chilli padi, made my garlic wet with the condensation! Should pack orange juice with Vitagen, not with garlic!! Also, delivery came at 2.20pm, instead of 4-6pm scheduled slot, no permission given to come early. This has happened 2 times out of 3 deliveries, unacceptable.
