There was a bug inside and damaged whole one of the cabbage.

Occasional change in vegetables preparation. Like the taste of this cabbage with baby green & sliced ginger. Make good soup base too.

Wongbok veg comes fresh and crunchy when cook. can be stored in fridge a longer time than other more perishable vegetables.

Used 1 stalk in soup but doesn’t taste like the big Wong Bok. Too leafy and green. Maybe better for stir fry.

A lot of big outer leaves, old and fibrous. Quality has declined. The 'baby' isn't very 'young'. 👎
