Received these chicken livers fresh and chilled. They are vacuum packed with a piece of liquid absorber, and although the expiry is around 3 days, I always freeze it, so it lasts a month or so without deterioration in quality.

Farm Fresh should do their QC. Why bother to pack rotten chicken livers. I threw away at least half pack.

Received in good condition, still lightly chilled for freshness. I washed them with water and a little of salt added, then cooked with sliced ginger and spring onion in a pot of water. The livers hardened upon fully cooked and tasted delicious with a dipping condiments made of soy sauce, minced ginger and garlic. \nGood source of protein and iron.

Already thawed when received. Think it’s this particular merchant that giving problem due to it’s product wasn’t frozen enough and of course partly due to delivery not kept in thermal box. I’ve bought other frosty meat from RedMart which were received still in semi frozen condition - not thawed.
