this soy sauce which I had ordered didn't come and the delivery man like he's very rushing to go away without checking the items and do check it before the delivery man go away and items missing and very disappointed and have to do all the follow up and call and claim just for a small items 😢 didn't delivery or missing...troublesome ...

most flavorful (umami) soy sauce, not just salty flavour. this makes very good dipping sauce, stir fries as well... but this soy sauce is not salty enough to replicate ah ma's fried fish with (heng hua) soy sauce + sugar flavour.
