Cooked on the day of delivery. Freshness ok, very well gutted. Just rub with salt and corn flour then pan fried it, meat was thick and flavourful. Hai sia’s seafood are better than the other brands on Redmart. Keep it up!

Redmart has a good selection of groceries and stuff. Prices may not be most competitive, but happy buying from them.

Rather bloody. As I wasn't planning to eat immediately, I had to remove the fish from the packaging, wash and pat dry with tons of paper towels, reseal in a new ziplock bag before storing in the freezer. This was to prevent the blood smell from spreading in my freezer/fridge and prevent deterioration of the meat from sitting in the blood when I defrost it subsequently. So much hassle that would have been unnecessary if the fish was gutted and cleaned properly.

Value for Money:as usual very good quality, fresh and great tasting fish. Tandoori whole fish is my personal choice.

Fish was fresh, but does not have much taste compared with those from the market. However, this is convenient to purchase and it is all packed for easy storage.

Redmart items always close to expiry or delivered in a not cold or not frozen state. Will probably stop buying

I prefer to get whole fish via online as I do not like queuing and waiting for fishmongers to clean the fish. I also find it quite unhygienic when the customers in supermarkets are allowed to poke their unwashed fingers at the fish.
