Nuyolk eggs has the most orangey egg yolk. Very pretty. Suppose to be healthier too\n

Not my first time eating this type of eggs and not my first time buying them from Redmart. Redmart had the best price. I take these eggs out of the fridge, put them in boiling water for 5.5 minutes and then straight into an ice bath. I leave them to soak in the water and keep them cold in the fridge. I then peeled them in the water and then keep the peeled eggs in a mixture of water, soy sauce and home made sweet rice wine.

trying red mart now service and it's really really speedy. however, I suspect the items were already in a van nearby my place, therefore don't think it's the freshest of all.\n\nexpire in less than a month.
