The delivery was 2 hours earlier than my scheduled slot. I wasn't home and my landlady had to pick it up. No signature was collected and no invoice was given, so she didn't know there was ice cream inside and kept them at the door until I arrived. So I asked for a refund and RedMart refunded all but they didn't collect back any of the items.

Orders delivered within scheduled timing. No problem with delivery person. No problem with the item delivered. However, there were some soapy liquid on other items in the box, not sure if there's any leakage.

The fabric softener leaked and lots of it ended up in the plastic bag used to carry it. The other items in the carton were stocky because of the leak. Hope redmart can take note to handle item like this carefully next time. However, Downy softener is always our go to brand. Will still purchase this brand.
