they placed rice and softener together and sperate another 2 small packet of softener in another box. duno why they can put all softener together in 1 box and rice in another box...

Nice smell! Item is as described and packaging this time is great. Not leaking too. Just a lot of plastic bags used… maybe they can relook at their logistics system to reduce all the packaging materials used?! But thank u for delivery of these heavy items, making it so much more convenient.
