I had a very negative experience with RedMart's delivery service. I paid extra for delivery, but only received three items, while many were missing. The delivery driver instructed me to contact Lazada/RedMart for assistance. When I called, I requested that the missing items be delivered, and the representative assured me that they would arrive within 24 hours. However, within 30 mins, I received a notification that a refund was being processed. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such poor service from RedMart. Their service is unreliable, and I will only consider ordering from them in urgent situations. It was a poor choice on my part.
