Schedule 7-9pm for delivery as no one is home but delivery came at 5.37pm (according to my door camera). left my cold stuff outside my door till I came home at 7.30pm. He place 2 \"ice water\" pad which already melt to cold water when I reach home. Chocolate already soft and bending. Cheese stick also very soft and it is intending for my baby. Terrible.
