Carton damage on arrival even though it was packed in a box with other groceries.

First of all, I would like to thank the driver. He is friendly. But the picker and packer never do their work. The meats and fishes are expired by 23rd April 2020. We received the meats today(21st April 2020). The meats/fishes should have at least 3 days before due the expiry date. So all these fish and meats can I ask for exchange or refund?

Repeat order. Unfortunately this time round, the delivery guy just dump this outside my unit floor without plastic holder, causing product to be dirty. Irresponsible guy.

the paper quality is good, just the packaging is a bit crazy.. the cutting edge part is all hidden, I didn't know how to open but to cut up the box 😅

Items were packed together with cleansing liquid. The cleansing liquid was leaking and all my other items are affected by it. I appreciated the foam wrap tho.. but it would be nice if the cleansing liquid was packed separately!

baking paper seems OK.\nbut the quality of the box is bad. it's so hard to open the flap, it's almost torn.

Baking paper were not properly packed inside the box, 3 out of 4 were crashed and box torn, vy disappointed.

Bought a lot of items to last me through the CCB without going to the supermarket again, which is a nightmare. Items were very fresh but should really look out for fragile items which might be squashed during delivery. My bread came badly squashed, mint leaves packaging was torn, lemongrass packaging was open.
