Most of the cans had “escaped” from the packaging but the paper holders weren’t damaged..why?

Received fast but out of 4x6 cans, 7 cans are damaged. Delivery outer carton is not damaged but the 7 cans are dented and possible spoilt because this is beer . Asking for a refund from seller.
