Redmart designated delivery notified 15 minutes prior to delivery. Order received in good and still cold since it was packed with dry ice inside a bubble plastic cold bag. Big plus is the chicken wings are individually frozen making it easy to cook any portion of wing for small meal. Long expiration in mid 2026 (purchased in mid 2025).

One pack has most wings stick together. Anyway, not much of an issue for me as it is 500g per pack. Will cook all at once.

Delivery was on time, but the frozen food were not sealed properly in the ice bag, they were thawed. \n\nI need to handle them fast before putting them into the freezer. Think it will be better to get the earliest time slot.

I've been purchasing this frozen chicken wings many times as they are clean, good size and convenient. However, I was shocked to find half a pack of discoloured wings which I'm not sure if safe to consume. It doesn't smell bad but the discolouration is unusual.

Expiration of frozen chicken is about 1 year from order date in Dec 2022. Frozen chicken was properly packed in a temperature bag with dry ice. Wing was individually frozen which is good for cooking varying quantities.

This is brand and packing is more expensive than several other brands but each piece is frozen separately, so it's more convenient when you want to just take a few pieces out to cook compared to those which are frozen as one big clump
