The feet are rather skinny. I tried the airfryer method to puff up the skin but unsuccessful.

Bought before. It was good. So bought again for making soup. We also like to eat the chicken feet. Soft and tender when cooked for 2.5 hrs.

Just wish not so much blood. Good thing is, it came without the claws hence not need troublesome cut it by ourselves. Counted about 20 pieces, worth it. Plus point, chicken feets are in smaller version which is more tender.

Repeated orders, easy as feet claws already removed saving time. Only scary factor is, now still getting quite alot of blood in vaccum, best if they can drain clean. May hesitate to buy next round.
