These lady fingers are generally soft yet not overcooked when prepared properly, contributing to a pleasant texture and taste. Good for stir fries or even curries (esp Malaysian dishes). Redmart delivers it fresh a a little chilled so best to refrigerate immediately. Can keep for up to a week.
