I LOVE this product. I always try to keep a bag in the freezer. It’s so versatile and easy to use. The mince doesn’t come out in one frozen block so you can use as little of it as you wish and store the rest back in the freezer.

These minced chicken which I knew are good and nice. However when I received the 4 packets I expected it to be in a hard frozen state but the 4 packets were in a thawed condition (meat were soft) despite concealed in a cooler packed tightly with ice packs or dry ice. As such I cannot freeze it for later consumption. So I need to cook all as soon as possible which is too much for us to consume in a such a short period.

1 pack the meat was in loose pieces but the other is 1 big chunk alr which shows that this pk was not kept frozen at all times.
