Redmart is my regular grocery store. Usually the delivery guy to my place very nice. Will contact before/ upon reaching. Frozen items are packed with dry ice in insulated bags.. but recently very bad.. delivery don’t call and just leave items at doorstep.. no insulated bags for frozen and chilled items.. when I realised items at doorstep frozen items all melted and chilled items warm.. bad.. pls look into this issue.
