received damaged product twice in a row. previously all of the tubs were damaged my helper didn’t accept the delivery - the refund had to be initiated on my end even though i was told the yogurt will be redelivered. anyway i reordered and at first they seemed fine, on day 8 i realise two of the tubs are damaged and have leaked. it’s past the 7 days refund - quite unfair as our consumption is before expiration yet can’t refund 😡

Bought this several times from Redmart with no issue. This time the handling was extremely poor. The seal was half opened and half of the yoghurt spilled all over the plastic bag! The content is compromised. I want a refund for this item!

No intercom ringing. I was sent a message as if the goods were delivered to my door and reminded me to collect the goods within 5 minutes. Be very careful with Red Mart Fast delivery because the deliverer wanted me to collect the two tubs of yogurt from ground level (I’m not on ground level).
