Value for Money: not bad \n Flavour: not bad\nEasy to use Cus it’s loose minced meat. Which is good if you don’t want to cook the whole packet.

arrived still frozen, well packed with dry ice. Convenient for weekday dinner prep. Easy to use and love that it’s 99% fat free.

Disappointed with delivery service. Order was left outside without call, without knock, without trying to get items received though there was someone at home. Hardly happened before. Frozen items thawed and ice cream fully melted.

Package arrived with hole in it , only found out when took out of freezer as packed it in fridge upon arrival . Didn’t see till about to eat. Any chance of a refund?

Requested to be delivered before 7am and it arrived at 5! Delivery service is great! Meat are all packed nicely. And product as picture shown. But pasted on some description. Not sure why. But overall, the meat looks great.

minced chicken was frozen together, not individually frozen as advertised - suspect meat might have semi melted during transport! redmart should review your cold chain eh!
