Soft, cooling and convenient. I have a habit of changing shampoo, since I always worry about accumulating chemical effect. But Head & Shoulder is definite my most commonly used shampoo, use alternatively with another shampoo that may vary 2-in-1 is convenient for men, but unlike many other 2-in-1 products that normally result in a sticky feel after rinse, Head & Shoulder is soft during wash and clear after rinse. I was not sure about Anti-dandruff effect that I don't really have this problem, perhaps it does help :-)
