item was put together with the cooler bag. and because the bags were cool, it causes condensation on the paper packaging for the rest of the items. Will be good if the cooker bags are placed in separate boxes to prevent condensation on other dry items

It is ALWAYS like this : food item is packed with toiletries and laundry/cleaning supplies. Packers should be trained NOT to mix and pack food items with non-food items, specially toiletries and cleaning items together.
