Very satisfied with today's delivery! My frozen orders are well packed and still frozen when delivered unlike the last round which came thaw. That's the reason why i took so long to order frozen stuff from redmart again. Gave it a try this round and i am totally happy with my delivery today. Thank you

Items were left outside doorstep and at least 20 minutes ahead of scheduled delivery time without sms to inform of the delivery. Fortunately, I opened the door to throw trash at that time to discover the box which was full of frozen items and frozen items were placed together with dry items in just normal plastic bags frozen items.
